Explore the smooth and sensual side of latin dance with hypnotic bachata rhythms and exotic dance moves.

Play with traditional salsa foot patterns and focus on moving the hips, shoulders and arms with a smooth sway that definitely draws in that soft, feminine energy.

We start with a sexy warm up and go over isolations and body rolls so you develop coordination, style and confidence with your latin dance.

No partner necessary and no floorwork.

Just foot patterns, sensual movements, and fun!

Sensual Latin Dance is designed to be a dance workout for a single dancer, but we will cover a few partner dance basics.

You can even use these dance steps in the club to look hot dancing solo!

ATTIRE: Let’s get sexy! Short, flowy skirts, with strappy tops, comfy leggings or flirty outfits you can move in are best.

Barefoot or ballroom/latin dance heels are recommended.

NO STREET SHOES IN THE STUDIO, PLEASE.
