Our team of site selection experts will help negotiate your contract, coordinate site visits, prepare side-by-side comparisons on rate and availability. In addition, we provide a preliminary budget of total costs of each venue or destination inclusive of other meeting expenditures such as air, ground and offsite events. For each meeting or event, we prepare comprehensive cost saving and cost avoidance reports to include spend by chain, total room nights, hours used for our external resources, and more. Planning
