By leveraging all our customers, our business volume represents documented cost savings in excess of industry averages. Our team of site selection experts will help negotiate your contract, coordinate site visits, prepare side-by-side comparisons on rate and availability.
In addition, we provide a preliminary budget of total costs of each venue or destination inclusive of other meeting expenditures such as air, ground and offsite events. For each meeting or event, we prepare comprehensive cost saving and cost avoidance reports to include spend by chain, total room nights, hours used for our external resources, and more.
Planning:
Pre-meeting planning, attendee registration, on-site ex*****on and post-event follow up are all critical, yet time and resource intensive components to the meeting process. Registration:
EMC takes a customizable approach to each attendee registration website. The system obtains data in real-time in a secure 24/7/365 access point for registrants, clients and the EMC management team. We manage all types of attendee communication from messaging, invitations, confirmations, reminders to surveying. All information can be captured during the process from travel itineraries, arrival and departure dates, guest room reservations with check-in and check-out dates.
Payment processing is easy as attendees pay online via check or credit card. We ensure every attendee is handled in a proficient manner whether they prefer mail, fax or personal call into the call center.
Team Housing:
EMC manages all of the housing needs for some of the country's leading convention and visitor bureaus, sporting organizations, associations and corporations. EMC uses first-in-class Passkey GroupMax and Cvent software to create a customizable website for reservations, manage inventory, provide marketing support and we have a call center with extended hours.
