Over the next couple of days you’re going to notice some differences on the page.

It is with great excitement and joy that I announce AA is under new ownership! Astral Audios will be transitioning to a new name and ownership by The Voice Vault.

I ask that you all give her the same love and support that you have shown me throughout this past year.

She will also be taking over the Faulkner County Wedding and Event Group.

Jessica is going to do great things with this business and she promises to keep the love of audio guestbook alive, while I venture out on my journey in psychology.

Thank you for the past year of support and all of the wonderful people I’ve met along the way. I am so thankful for all of the connections and friends I have made and I hope that you all continue to support Jessica and The Voice Vault during this time.

With lots of thought and consideration, I have decided to look for someone who would be interested in taking over Astral Audios.

I start my sophomore year tomorrow and will be doing 18 hours this semester. School is my main goal right now and I know this business can thrive if someone who genuinely loved this concept took over.

There is no LLC or any legally binding contracts or agreements. All the equipment has been paid for and purchased outright by me. If anyone is interested in taking over Astral Audios please email me at [email protected]

Taking over Astral Audios includes business page, Faulkner County Wedding and Event Group page and all audio guestbooks. Telephone booth will not be included. Email or call for more information.

My books are still closed until January! I know I have a lot of messages asking when I will open them back up, for right now I think the best thing to do is keep them closed until January. This ensure all clients for the rest of 2024 have my full attention and I can still focus on school. I am sorry if this disappoints anyone who is waiting! My most important goal is to take care of my clients who have already paid. Please remember I am a full time mother and college student as well as business owner. There will be some updates to Astral Audios' packages and pricing this fall! To save my clients money and avoid raising prices again, I have decided to make the following changes to the "Big & Little Dipper" packages. These changes will take effect on September 1st, 2024.

Because I email clients their audio guestbook recordings as an e-file, I will no longer provide USB drives with the Big Dipper package. If you want a USB drive for your messages, please message me, and I can recommend some options. Best Buy and Walmart have great selections.

I am still creating personalized audio guestbook instructions; however, these will no longer be printed and framed for the Little Dipper package or Basic package. (This will still be available with the Big Dipper package)

I will email you the instructions 30 days prior to your wedding date. It will now be the client's responsibility to print the instructions and provide their own frame. I don't want prices to increase, and due to the number of broken frames returned, I believe this is the best option for both my clients and myself.

Additionally, audio guestbooks returned with cracked phone handles, damaged boxes, missing items, or obvious signs of general disrespect or mishandling of the property will result in a $200 maintenance fee. You will not receive your recordings until this fee is paid. This fee is high to emphasize the importance of treating my rentals with care. In the past, I have been very understanding with clients who returned items broken or missing. While I understand that accidents happen, I need to start standing up for my business. This policy has been in my contract since I started, but I have never enforced it. From now on, this rule will be strictly enforced. Please understand that this is to ensure my property is taken care of.
