At this time we are having to repair our large white bounce house from an incident that happened over the weekend.
As a result we will be putting new policies and rules for bookings, payments and rentals in place that will be effective immediately.
If you have a booking open Iโll be sending everything to you to look over.
Our Sunday booking not only sliced open the side wall of our big white bounce house but has also failed to pay the remaining balance after have been given a free upgrade and rental extension.
It truly disheartens me to see people destroy and manipulate someone elseโs equipment as they have. Not only mess up our equipment but not pay for services and try to pass blame.
This picture was taken when we arrived at pickup. The person prior to their rental had us blown down and pickup so we know it happened at this booking. She even mentioned several times only kids were around the booking and it worked fine during their party. I just do not understand how it would have happened and they have refused to look at cameras which they have 4 of pointed at the location of the rental to see what happened.
