This is going to be a long one, the summarized version is we will be taking some time off January 1-14th, but keep reading to hear how amazing each and every one of you are.

As our first full calendar year in business comes to a close, I can’t help but make a post to tell you how incredibly grateful I am for your support. Every one of you, whether you’ve purchased something from us, followed our page, or just had a kind word to help us in our journey. You may have noticed that this fall and winter season I didn’t post any local delivery days or sugar cookie pre-sales and it’s because you have kept us fully booked with custom orders and events from the day the farmers markets ended for the season. Thank you so much! In fact, we’ve been so busy that I need to take a little time off to rest and recover, but we will be back and ready to go January 15th. My goal for 2025 is to figure out how to grow enough that by next winter we’ll be able to take all of your custom orders and also offer those pre-sales and pickups. I couldn’t do this without you, you are all such a dream come true ❤️

Friends, I know I have met many of you through our local farmers markets, so you may also know Matthew, he is the smiling face behind the Bairds Farm booth selling you peaches and stone fruits. We will be at the Cannon Beach Farmers Market tomorrow from 10-4 with another new offering - butterscotch pecan cookies. Two of my personal favorite flavors. Since this is their trial run, we only have a dozen, so get there early! See you tomorrow!

We had such a great time helping Columbia Memorial Hospital celebrate their commitment to safety this week! And to top it off we were able to include some of our favorite local ingredients like edible flowers from Gales Meadow Farm and Arbequina olive oil from Durant at Red Ridge Farms.

Fresh seafood, peaches, cookies, native plants, sourdough breads, eggs, meats, relishes, onions, berries, marinara, micro greens, pasta — too many to list. From 3-5pm Jeremy Cornwell is back by popular demand to perform. We wouldn’t be this lucky without our vendors or our Market Manager “Li’l Tomato” Amy Cords🍅: Thank you! (Astor ball field - 3555 Leif Erikson Drive at 35th Street, Astoria. Look for the tents and signs. Market begins at 2pm and ends at 7pm.

Be a part of history and stop by the first ever Uppertown Farmer’s Market in Astoria today from 2-7!

The Astor Field will transform to the brand new Farmers Market each Thursday from 2-7pm starting next week on July 18th. We’ll be easy to see at Leif Erikson Drive and 35th Street in Astoria, OR. We’re very excited to bring this ongoing, special event to Uppertown.
