As a Loader, you will work in a fast paced environment loading trucks with various flights. Match beverage and food carts for airline - load on trucks for delivery to aircraft. Must be able to follow basic instructions on loading standards and communicate with the Dispatchers on any issues.

With continued training you can begin catering aircrafts as a Driver Guide Transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assigned flights. They are in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.

The ideal Aircraft Loader – Driver candidate must be able to:

Have a valid driver’s license – no CDL required
Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
Work Overtime when required
Pass a criminal background and drug test
Ability to speak, read and understand English
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
Ability to safely operate 16' and 20' high lift trucks.

Role Purpose Statement

Responsible for analyzing and implementing policies and procedures to make the workplace safe for employees; this includes conducting safety trainings, finding ways to decrease injuries, inspecting machines to make sure they are working safely and properly, and inspecting procedures to make sure they are in compliance with state and Federal laws.

Main Accountabilities of Safety Administrator

Lead all safety committee functions.
Working closely with employees and management on all levels, making sure safety SOPs are being followed at all times.
Conduct safety observations and health walk-through inspections of all departments.
Conduct monthly facility audit.
Ensure that safety training and all other specifically required training is provided for all employees.
Conduct accident/injury investigations
Maintain required Injury on Duty documents/files.
Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe conditions/material/equipment.
Conduct safety trainings for workers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years employee safety experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule – AM/PM weekends/holidays as needed
Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience for Data Entry

1-2 years experience in data managment
Must have strong computer skills to include MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends - 24/7 Operation
Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
Ability to work independently, without close supervison while being a team member

Role Purpose Statement

Supervisor Responsibility

Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
Conduct daily work group meetings
Schedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets
Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements
Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Assembly Department

Oversee the loading of carts with beverages and equipment
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP and other regulations
Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
Leadership

Guide, motivate and develop staff within the Human Resources policies
Make the company's values and management principles live in the department(s)
Manage productivity hours and costs in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge required
In addition, one to three years of related work experience required
Problem solving and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and lead others to obtain desired results & achieve productivity goals
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required along with the ability to multi-task
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Working knowledge of OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), FDA, USDA and EPA regulations
