Hi Neighbors,
It's not too late to join.
The most amazing time of the year is just around the corner! We’re excited to invite you to join (new name) 2024 Rainier Beach Harvest Fest Takeover Boo Bash, happening on Sunday, October 27th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Rainier Beach Community Center. This event is more than just a celebration—it’s a powerful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families and youth in our community.
We’re imagining a vibrant Rainier Beach where children are healthy, happy, and full of hope, enjoying the fun and excitement of a festive day. But to make this dream come true, we need your support!
Here’s how YOU can help bring Harvest Fest to life:
Donations:
We need $15K to reach our goal of $40K to cover food, entertainment, kids’ activities, supplies, and more. Your generosity ensures we can deliver an unforgettable experience for all!
Trunk or Treat Volunteers:
Got a car and a love for Trick or Treat? Decorate your vehicle and join our Trunk or Treat team to bring smiles to young faces!
Entertainers Wanted:
We’re looking for multicultural performers—whether you dance, sing, play an instrument, or act, we’d love to showcase your talents at our event!
Food Trucks & Resource & Marketplace Booths:
Have a food truck, resource or marketplace booth? Serve up something special or share your resources with over 3,000+ expected attendees!
Volunteers:
We need groups, families, and individuals to help make this event a success. There are many ways to get involved, and we’d love to have you on board!
Let’s make this year’s Harvest Fest bigger, brighter, and more impactful than ever!
Your contribution—whether through donations, volunteer work, or simply spreading the word—will directly impact the families and children of Southeast Seattle, creating a safe, joyful, and resourceful space for all.
