My journey began on the Olympic coast, where i first casted my line into the abundant waters in pursuit of wild salmon. The rhythmic dance between angler and fish sparked a profound appreciation for the ocean & freshwaters offerings and the art of sustainable fishing.

Enthralled by the flavors of the sea and the meticulous artistry of contemporary style Asian American cuisine, I found my calling in the world of sushi. The delicate balance of flavors, textures, and presentation in sushi spoke to my soul, igniting a passion that would shape this culinary path.
