Welp, here we are.

Due to the current tariffs on imported florals, quotes for events requiring blooms from affected countries will see a 10% increase next week—unless the contract is signed and retainer is submitted. If your event can be fulfilled with local florals, this won’t apply to you. And if you’re already booked? You’re good—no changes coming your way.

I wish this wasn’t the case, but I believe in transparency and protecting the integrity of the work. Thank you for understanding the ripple effect these kinds of shifts have on small, independent creative businesses like mine.

Why carry a bouquet when you could carry a garden?

These basket purses were a twist on tradition—wild, sculptural, and totally unforgettable.

And paired with those patterned dresses? Yes. Just yes.

❓What do you think of the floral purse trend—are you into it or over it?

The landscape is shifting (but don’t panic).

If you know my work, you know I’ve never been just one thing. My floral designs have always been about more than just flowers—it’s about how the pieces work together to create something bigger. And now, I’m adding a new layer to my own landscape.

I’m not replacing, pivoting, or walking away from what I’ve built. I’m expanding it. Coaching is stepping into the frame, not as a departure, but as a fresh stem in the installation. A new tile in the mosaic. Another way I help people see the bigger picture—whether it’s in their work, creativity, or everyday life.

I’m breaking it all down over on Substack. Come read, subscribe, and see where this new path leads.

Want to learn how to create floral art that stops people in their tracks? I’m back for my 4th year at the Northwest Flower and Garden Festival, and this time we’re going BIG (because playing small just isn’t in my DNA).

Join me on February 21, 2025, at 1:30 PM on the DIY Stage for Large Scale Floral Installations.

This FREE class (with your festival ticket) is all about breaking down the basics and giving you the confidence to go bold and create something unforgettable with your floral designs.

Step out of your comfort zone, try something new, and come hang out with me—I’ll make sure you leave inspired, maybe a little braver, and definitely with a few good laughs. Let’s make some magic together!

I’m stepping into a new space—one that feels more open, intentional, and yes, just a little vulnerable 😬

I’ve just launched my Substack… and yes, it’s FREE.

❓Why?
Because as much as I love Instagram, it’s not always the vibe for sharing everything: my work, my thoughts, my life, and all the stories that make up what I do. Let’s face it, the grid is for curated moments, not the messy brilliance of real life.

So, I made a space where I can go deeper. A space where my creativity, lived experiences, and lessons learned along the way get to shine. Substack is where I’ll share the things I can’t quite fit into a caption.

🤨What’s in it for you?
- Business updates and announcements (you’ll hear it there FIRST)
- A closer look at my creative process and what keeps me inspired
- Stories and insights I don’t share anywhere else
- Real, honest writing about who I am and what fuels me

📚Why you’ll want to read it:
If you like being in the know, love a good story, or just want a peek into what’s next, this is where it’s all happening.

Community has always been important to me, and in a world that feels more disconnected than ever, this is my way of creating something real and meaningful with all of you.

The link is in my bio—come see what I’ve been up to and subscribe if you’d like.

You’re going to love it.
