The Marian Built Loft is a one of a kind intimate event space located in the heart of Ballard. We are able to accommodate up to 50 people. Did you know that the first jackhammer was invented in 1806 by Samuel Miller and was steam-powered? 🤓 I didn’t 😂 but were happy we can share this one with our guests.

Marian Built Loft

Set above the workshop of renowned Northwest craftsman, Michael Marian, the loft is a beautifully restored event space just a block from the Ballard Bridge on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft provides over 2,000 sq ft of entertainment space, which includes 12 ft high ceilings, an open chef's kitchen, seated dining for 45, and a large lounge overlooking the workshop. With a full service kitchen and private dining options, our space will make any celebration, business event, or dinner exceptionally unique.

Our loft is available for rent as a private event space 7 days a week. Private chef options or BYO food & beverage. Additional amenities include two oversized dining tables, 45 chairs, full place settings for up to 45 guests, 60" television, stereo system, bar cart, two private restrooms, and parking for up to 20 vehicles.
