This elevated, 5-course menu, designed and executed by the Westin Seattle’s culinary team, was a highlight of the Esprit Awards Gala. 🌿✨
The evening’s edible adventure in our “Celestial Garden” began with the reception, where appetizer trees offered hors d’oeuvres and cocktails were served from our custom living plant bars.
Each course of the seated dinner was served on specialty china from CORT Party Rental, paired with the Urban Slate Flatware and Ariana Black Goblets.
We especially loved the Intermezzo, which featured a sorbet course presented in a leaf-shaped ice bowl carved by Creative Ice.
As fellow event and hospitality professionals, it felt fitting to celebrate these culinary works of art with a round of applause for the chef team! Food is always such an important part of every event, but the behind-the-scenes culinary teams are rarely given recognition for their work. The standing ovation for the chefs from a room full of event industry professionals was a special moment for everyone present. 👏👏👏
