We used to do a road trip once a month and then life got a little too busy. Watching grandkids , my 94yr old father, brother in law living with us, a big giant lovely dog to walk and 18 months remodeling and furnishing another house. Oh yeah and running a small flower shop. Family all settled in, house finished, 43 years owning a flower shop so now back to fitting in little escapes. Will be back in the store Monday bright and early picking out our flowers at the flower markets, processing, designing and delivering just like the little red hen 🙂

Off the grid with Tissot. No electricity, no running water and best of all no internet Just peace and quiet in the woods by Mt Hood. And does it get dark. Went to sleep so early and slept so late I felt like rip van winkle. Cooked dinner over an open fire. Washed my face in a cold mountain stream. Just lovely.

Off to a ramble of a big old beach house. Our store will be closed 7/15-7/28 We will return normal hours Mon 7/29.
