To have Elizabeth Zipper take a moment out of her life to stop by (so sad she missed the cinnamon Rolls) we'll have to remedy that, ) show support and more importantly to just visit.. means more to me, than I an express🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.. thank so much for blessing us with your presence today Liz!!!

Today is day 3; in 2 days we sold 180 (sold out) of my Snickerdoodle cookies.. oh if you don't know bout these breakfast cookies with the currants; golden raisins and chopped pecans in em.. I guess you sleepin.. and midway thru today, we sold out of my chocolate chip cookies 210 and my Oatmeal walnut raisin cookies 180.. guess I'm gonna have to double batch em out..

And dealing with customers and everyone welcoming us to the community.. idek who all interviewed me.. all I care about is creating Palatial Or***ms .. I gotta give a special SEASIDE SIDE UP!!! SHOUT OUT TO JD Rodriguez for driving the 2.5hours one way to be my very first customer.

We are exactly 1 week away 2/20/2024 from the public Opening of Copper Rose Bakery.. we are so excited!! Come by for a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich or Quiches and coffee in the morning. Between 6am and 1030am We'll have Chorizo; bacon; Ham and sausage choices... And we'll even have vegetarian and Vegan options and we'll be working on perfecting our Gluten free recipes as well... Stop by for lunch and partake in one of our delectable sandwiches such as the Cutter. Guaranteed to fill your belly and make your taste buds happy dance.. on Wednesdays and Fridays enjoy one of our house made soups!!! Or you can get a fresh from the oven loaf of bread or baguette... need a special order or specialty item ask us.
Don't forget, you can also stop by and pick up some 314Pies either piping hot and ready to eat or get it to take and bake.... We are looking forward to seeing you and serving you all!!!
