OTL Art offers a variety of entertainment options (Caricatures, Airbrush Apparel and Face Paint) in a retail and event/party environment. We currently have 2 seasonal retail locations at the Seattle Center and Waterfront Park. On the weekends you can find our art operations at local festivals and community events.
