The rain made this day feel even more magical than we could have anticipated! C&C’s story has been unfolding long since high school and with the love that surrounded these two, well we all felt it in our bones! From all the details, laughter, running in the rain under the trees, and dancing with plastic chickens on the dance floor! I think this day will long live rent free in our memories!

Claire & Collin we feel so full hearted to of been apart of this day and now call you friends! 🥹♥️

Getting lost in the mountains with these two couldn’t have been more beautiful! 🏔️

I had been planning this day with C&A for over a year now. These two traveled all the from Rhode Island to celebrate this chapter of their love story in Washington , and better yet, with Mt. Rainier (Tahoma) in the background. Leading up to the day the weather was questionable, even the morning of Rainier was locked in clouds. As we headed into the park lo and behold, there she was! Rainier came out even through the grey just to show off for them and they shared their vows with one another. It’s moments like these it feels the universe offers its gifts.

& a special not to C&A - we are so grateful for you both, this friendship, and to be the ones you chose to capture these intimate and monumental moments. Even getting lunch and ice cream with you in Seattle!

She never feared the change of seasons. She reveled in them. When the frost on her bones eagerly melted, she awoke in blooms. Branches of soft, velvety, pink petals. She rustled in the wind like magic. For in this moment there was no greater gift as the spring came, to be a cherry blossom. 🌸

Lost in the stars with these two felt like a dream. I can’t help but look back on this day and smile. It truly felt like I’ve known them for years even after just meeting. We shared stories about adventures, our love for travel, and what the future holds.

They drove all the way from San Diego just to meet me on this mountain top in Aspen, Colorado. We flew by the seat of our pants as Rachael would say. We knew wanted iconic, but in our own way. We hiked a hike neither of us had been up to and raced to the top of the mountain to watch the sun go down. As we were a little later than blue hour with little to no light to work with, we said f**k let’s make it work and they gave it their absolute all! I put the flash on and well, this is magic we ended up with!

I have so much more to share from this day with these two and can’t wait to see what adventures unfold in front of us next! For now, here are a few snaps during the last bit of our adventure.

The start of October we arrived in Park City, Utah. It was the first real taste of fall in the air, leaves turning fall hues of saturated color, and the crispness chill you could feel on the tip of your nose.

Tucked up in the mountains we celebrated
this incredible day with these two!

As soon as we arrived to Nicole’s getting ready cabin, she jumped across the room (no exaggeration lol) to give us the biggest hug. From that moment on I knew this day was going to be incredible and just as warm as her hug!

The best part about Nicole and Dan is how effortlessly they bring this “je nais se quoi”energy into the room. Even from our first call together they felt like long lost friends and Nicole and I deemed ourselves the black sheep twins. Lol

Leading up to the ceremony as the clouds started to break we all made our way up the mountain to the ceremony location. The rain had left the road muddy and slick and needless to say all our cars got stuck on the way up, something I can’t help but laugh about looking back now, especially when N’s mom text me “send the drone” for help! 😂 Eventually we all made up and witnessed Nicole and Daniel’s beautiful ceremony, and proclamation of their love in front of their closest family and friends. The rest of the day fell into place from there as we ran through fields, played with horses, and ended in the resort lobby!

I could easily write a novel about this day along with a million photos! (So in this case a blog post to come soon ;) ) but for now here are a few snaps from some moments we absolutely loved!
