From 11 am to 2 pm, the Port of Seattle, Bell Harbor International Conference Center, and World Trade Center Seattle will host a family-friendly event on Bell Harbor’s rooftop as a part of the larger Waterfront Grand Opening. The event will feature gelato, affogatos (including an optional adult version), cotton candy, a band, T-shirts, tattoos, and a photo booth.
