Summer Concert Series in Sebring Ohio

Hello friends of the Summer concerts in Sebring! I wanted to give you an update on our financial situation. Although letters were sent out and requests were made on our page asking for donations for our summer concerts, as of today we have received only one $50 donation.

The bands and musicians we book each year cost from $250 - $800 per concert. Our average yearly expense is $2500 - $3000 to bring summer music to our parks.

I'm asking again - if there are any businesses, organizations or individuals willing to contribute funds to keep the summer concerts going, please reach out to us. Thank you everyone!

A really great turnout last night, around 100 in attendance! The American Steal band was fantastic as always!
We collected another $269 in donations and Mike’s Place raffle tickets 🥰
1st place $100 gift card went to Nancy Whinnery ( for Dorothy Allcorn)
2nd place $75 gift card- Beth Myers
3rd place $50 gift card - Jerry Carver
All gift cards to Mike’s Place in Kent were donated by Mike Kostensky!! 🎵🥰

We’ve missed you!!
Time for another evening of music 🎶 in the park on Saturday July 27th, featuring the fabulous AMERICAN STEAL BAND! ASB will entertain with classic and southern rock, Elvis, and even some Jimmy Buffet music from 6pm to 8pm!

One of our favorite bands, American Steal Band has offered again this year to help us raise money for a summer of music! Mike Kostensky is the leader of American Steal and also the owner of a fun and fabulous restaurant in Kent Oh - Mike’s Place!

Anyone who sends in a donation of $10 or more will have the chance to win a gift card to Mike’s Place! First prize is a $100 gift card, second prize is a $75 gift card and third prize is a $50 gift card!!

Drawings will be during the American Steal concert at South side Memorial park on Saturday July 27th!

Kick off the summer with COLD SHOT on Saturday, June 8th from 7:00 - 9:00 at the Sebring Fire Department's Firemen's Festival! (sponsored by the Sebring Fire Association)

THEN AT SOUTHSIDE PARK
Saturday, June 15th, 6:00 - 8:00, Rock and Roll with the JOHN HAMPU BAND!

Saturday, July 27th 6:00 - 8:00, Country and Classic Rock with the AMERICAN STEAL BAND!

Saturday, August 10th 6:00 - 8:00, fun trop music with

For almost two decades Sebring has been fortunate to be able to enjoy free summer concerts. These concerts were originally funded by Paul Schreckengost and after his death his wife Delaine continued for several years.

Now we are in need of your financial support for these summer concerts so we can continue to bring music and smiles to our community.
