4 HOUR PAINT 🎨 DANCE 🕺🏻 AND SOUND WORKSHOP ✨
You’re invited to join Visionary Artist, Irene Vincent and Sound Alchemist, Yolanda Curtis in the sacred, healing red rocks of Sedona, to embark on a Vision Quest to liberate your Creative Spirit through Sound, Dance, and Painting.
Whirling with your creative bliss, open your channels to tap into your divine flow, letting go of limitations in your mind. We’ll sit in an intention setting circle & each pick an angel tarot card for inspired thoughts, then share brief introductions.
Yolanda guides us in ecstatic dance for 15 minutes, which transforms into a guided shamanic vision quest with drums, flute, and rhythms to help you relax and open your creative channels. Swaying with the vibration of bliss, joy and freedom, you’ll shift into a trance state, Yogis call Samadhi to receive your own visions and messages.
Irene will introduce making a paint palette to produce harmonious colors and then demonstrate spontaneous painting methods.
Carrying our visions and intent, we paint for about 15 minutes, Irene will ask how you might want to develop your vision. She offers you suggestions. and shows you how to use color and form for a good composition. At the end, we share our art and experiences. Even if you don't consider yourself an artist and have never painted before, this play-shop is designed to meet everyone where they're at and be pure fun, play, relaxing and healing. Your newly created painting will help you to contemplate your experiences and bring back your joy.
You’ll enjoy learning spontaneous ways of painting and tapping into your intuition. Together we will laugh, dance and paint. It is a fun healing experience. Sedona is a great place to attune your energies to a natural crystalline harmony.
You’ll leave with a new painting, knowing enough to continue painting and with new friends.
We supply everything you need. You just need to bring an apron or old shirt to protect your clothes.
