In today’s episode of, ‘Mom, what’s for dinner?’: smoked spare ribs and chicken thighs! Ribs have Bad Byron’s Butt Rub and I split the thighs between the other three: Weber’s Kickin’ Chicken, 3 Beer’s Garlic and Herb Rub (they are out of Alpharetta, GA btw to my ATL peeps) and Weavers Dutch Country Smokehouse Meat Rub (which I purchased at Pigeon Cove Family Farm). The bottom rack has canned apple pie filling tossed in cinnamon and it will have a great smoked flavor with added juices dripping down! I’ll have after pictures . . . after . . . ;-)
