With a passion for design as well as events, Megan pursued a Bachelors of Art in Horticulture with an emphasis in Floral Design. Paired along with her degree, she also obtained a minor in Business Administration and the Professional Event Management

I’ll be honest - this memory stopped me dead in my tracks this week. 8 years ago, in the dead of July, with no A.C. in Texas - I cleaned out my grandmothers shop and started dreaming of what @reileyandrose could be. We’re gearing up on another year of R+R and as everyone told me, it won’t ever get easier. You just get better at your job. It’s hasn’t been the easiest year - I know it’s tabo to talk about - but it’s true. The economy is hurting, bookings aren’t where we’d love them, and the stress of a small business owner is never fleeting. I remember the days I sat at my computer waiting for an inquiry or email to come in. The days I stared at the open boxes on my calendar, praying for someone to book that day. We’ve come a hell of a long way since this studio was just a dream. Reminding myself just how far we’ve come - and where we’ll soar to next. But one thing remains the same as it did that day 8 years ago. My passion and love for this job, my brides and the designs we create. 🤍
