While I’m no longer at The Feathered Nest • I hope, that IF the right someone comes along and buys it up in its entirety, that I could make a cozy home back in there!

I’d also like to take the time to thank the anonymous individuals, every so often, that donate vases back to me! I go out to the shop and it’s always a pleasant surprise to find goodies!

Here it is! Launching the webpage for Just Because Flowers. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with MaryKate to design and bring this idea to life - &co.creative,llc - she’s been so patient and kind to me. She’s developed a webpage that is stunning! Go check it out!

This all started by receiving a small business grant through the Rural Gone Urban Foundation.

Please be patient with me as I navigate and learn the ins and outs of this technology launch, the social media aspect and slowly making this little business of mine look cohesive and beautiful!

We left for a couple days of vacation • I came back and the cooler was sparse! Monday’s we start with a trip to the flower truck and restock at Gore's Travel Plaza!

Lots to look at in the cooler; a beautiful vibrant sunflower, celosia which totally gives oceanfloor vibes, and a special treat first come first serve to whomever grabs the anise hyssop that smells LIKE ROOTBEER!

Everyday orders with these same options; Just Because, Good, Better & Best, will have ‘price ranges’ this allows designers choice for stock on hand, seasonal flower features and a range that anyone can find what they’re looking for!

Like my setup at The Feathered Nest, the travel plaza does NOT deliver. These flowers are Grab & Go!!

The Feathered Nest is stocked full! There are people, and by people I mean me, that don’t prefer this heat. Not a fan of summer weather, but cheery bright flowers will help me get through! Get your friend/wife/neighbor some flowers to encourage them while they adjust to the high 80s & 90s temperatures this week!

I have had some homework to do, to make progress for the launch of my website. I want to portray all the things that are Just Because Flowers; never before done headshots, ‘stock photos’, behind the scenes real - my little corner of the shop.
I shared a vision and then was blown away by the results I received. How much fun this morning was and how exciting it is for the next baby step in the process.
