This is a big seller for Platinum Catering! Try the taco bar! I think this one sells so much because, well who doesn’t love tacos?

Also, being from California and living in Miami, I have had a lot of Hispanic influence integrate into my cooking. I love the spices and flavors used. I think people can taste just how much I enjoy making these dishes. There nothing more I loved than going to a friends house in Riverside California and smelling hot pressed corn tortillas or roasting chilis coming from the kitchen.

Latin food will always have a warm spot in my heart, and I pour that love into the food I produce. So if you wanna try some of Chef Kenna’s food from the heart, try my tacos. 😝
