Be patient with us this week. We have several large evening events in our back room which force our evening classes to be back-to-back in our studio for Yoga, Zumba, and Tai Chi.

Finished our yoga classes for the year with some gifts of positive affirmations, aromatherapies, and learning to say poses in Sanskrit. Such a fun week!

It was a great year of yoga! We started a new Chair Yoga Class which continues to blossom and grow. We did informational classes on yoga for the IT Band, pelvic floor, and the sciatic nerve. I have so much planned for 2025! Classes resume January 6th! Join us!

We had an amazing time last week during RWC Night at Snowman Wonderland !❄️✨

🧘‍♀️ Our talented yoga instructor and tai chi experts wowed everyone with their peaceful and energizing demonstrations.
