50% non refundable retainer due for all orders $100 and over. Anything under must be paid in full up front. This is due upon ordering. Remaining balance due within 72 hours of pickup/delivery. For any event set ups, wedding orders or any large orders $400 or more, the remaining balance is due two weeks before set up/pickup/delivery.

If you want a cake, treats, etc. for a certain date and time, then your non refundable retainer secures that date and time specifically for you and I will not be able to take any other customer for that date/time.

A fee will be charged to any last minute pick up/delivery time changes or date changes. Of course I do understand that sometimes things are out of our control and this doesn’t happen often.

Last minute orders will also require a fee depending on how short of notice. Full payment for last minute orders are due at booking. (Of course I do understand that sometimes things are out of our control and this doesn’t happen often)

Quotes can change at any time. Especially when it gets closer to the date you are expecting order to be fulfilled. If I run a special, you have to book while that special is running.

Please keep in my that refunds (if any) are always at my discretion.

Please inform me of any allergies upon ordering.

Please be sure to remove any and all straws, dowels, toys and any other hard decorations or non edible pieces before face smashing, cutting, serving and eating.

Please read all Cake care instructions carefully!

Once delivered and upon receipt of said item/s, a satisfactory check will be made by customer before hand off is complete.

Once done, Southern Luxxe Cake & Designs is no longer responsible for any mishaps beyond that.

And please keep in mind that you are not booked unless retainer/payment is made
