Look at these cute 🫏 carrots I knitted! I started a poncho and if it comes out, I will post a completed picture. The gorgeous color is Saint Andrews - Noro Yarns Hannui Cotton. Carrots will be at Hudson Design House tomorrow in my booth along with some other new Spring/Easter items. Open House and Vintage Shop Hop there March 7th - 9th.

71 degrees in the greenhouse today! It’s windy and about 6 outside. Flowers started today: ageratum, delphinium, foxglove, geranium, butterfly w**d and Russian statice.

Dirt brownies anyone? Soil blocking is a great way to start seeds without using so much plastic. The soil blockers and trays last for years and allow root systems to develop better than in traditional trays. I get my soil blockers and most of my seeds from Johnny's Selected Seeds

Good morning! I will be at Rusty Halo in Ottawa today and tomorrow from 9-4! I have mums, asters, celosia, ornamental cabbage and sunflower potted plants.
