📢 Attention all vendors, Please forward this information.

We have been asked by a few of our out-of-state vendors about the Transient Vendor License. We will email this out again next year with more event logistics and wanted to answer this question now.

If you are an Out-of-State vendor for Tumbler Invasion Crafting Convention 2025 you are NOT required to get the Transient Vendor License. If it makes you feel more comfortable to get it then by all means you can contact the City of Sevierville.

We ask about this License every year to make sure nothing has changed in order to protect everyone.

In regards to the Sales and Use Tax for the state of Tennessee you are responsible for handling that on your own and we recommend talking to your CPA to handle those taxes.

Please know that we continually look at all aspects of our event daily and in doing so it helps us stay focused on our ultimate goal of building a positive community.

We made some changes to the classes and here is the updated schedule. Only 1 person was affected by this change and she has been emailed.

Lacey will be doing a Procreate class on Friday only.

Theresa's class moved to Saturday from 10am - 1pm and will be held in Ballroom D at the Sevierville Convention Center.

We are working on adding a new class for Friday 9am - 12pm at the Wilderness of the Smokies Stone Hill Lodge Deep Creek Room.

We are hoping to have it available this week.

Class tickets will be available tonight at 7pm EST. We will go live here on FB and on Tiktok. A couple things to know beforehand.

1. General admission tickets are not included with a class ticket purchase.

2. Codes only work on General admission tickets and only save $0.01 which allows us to track code usage for our vendor/instructor challenge.

3. If you are taking one or both of Lacey's Procreate classes you will need to select from the 3 drop down boxes in order for us to get the correct products in your class bag.

A. Glove Size (see picture)

B. Ipad Screen size that you will be using in the class. (You must bring your own Ipad)

C. Generation 1 or 2 pencil

We have made 1 last change to the class schedule for Saturday. Kallen's class will now be Saturday 1pm - 4pm and Jennifer's class will be Saturday 9am - 12pm.

Here is the updated list of classes to include the times, dates, and rooms.

We will be loading the classes on the website later today to include ticket prices. These will not be available to purchase until November 1st, 2024 at 7pm EST.

Class tickets will not include a general admission ticket. General admission tickets🎟 must be purchased separately.

We will be going live here on FB and over on Tiktok Friday, October 18th, 2024 at 7pm EST to answer any questions and give updates about the event.
