Self-portraiture is difficult. My place is on the other side of the camera. But every woman should feel beautiful and see their flaws as unique pieces of their own beauty. Thankful for this community and their support in creative growth.

I am currently working on a project that has been an exciting and creative dream baby for a few years in my head. So thankful for these two to help me in my experimental light shoot. It may still look like we killed a goose in the front yard. We also may still be pulling feathers from washed hair. But it was just too fun of a light experiment with these three girls! We like to relax on break. No snow yet this year so this is Christmas 2020…movie, food, game, repeat. So excited!

Now that fall photo season is dying down, when I edit photos, they are my own family’s memories or special projects like this one. If you are in Nebraska, make sure to stop by in Gresham. I got to spend some time taking some photos of their York-based farm at sunset and it is truly just a magical place. The pond, the crops and flowers, greenhouses and and barn, and all that beautiful life-giving light.

2021 Galleries expire 12/30/21 as I will be out of the office on New Year's Eve to spend time with my family and celebrate my 16th Anniversary with my best friend and husband.

I will be in touch with those clients who have finished labeling their photobook images for design-approval sessions online at the beginning of next week!
