They may be less, but cannot be more than four people. The event takes place at 6:00PM on Thursday, September 19th at Rails Craft Brew & Eatery - Seymour. • Teams are capped at four members each. Teams can be less than four people, but cannot be more.
• There are only slots for 16 teams in the tournament.
• Teams will face off in a one-team versus one-team tournament. The tournament is single elimination. As such, the team that wins advances, and the team that loses will be eliminated.
• Each round will consist of five questions. For the first four questions, teams will send one member at a time to the podium to face one member of the other team. Only the member playing that question may answer. No outside resources may be used and if assistance is given to a team, their answer will be considered incorrect. For the fifth question, all four members of the team will be present at the podium and they will work together to provide a correct answer. The team with the most correct answers at the end of the five questions will advance. If there is a tie, then a tiebreaker will be used.
• For the single-player questions, there will be 30 seconds allowed to write down the player's answers. For the team question, there will be 1 minute to discuss and then write down an answer. For a tiebreaker, there will also be 1 minute to discuss and write down an answer.
• Seeding will be blind, based on a draw to take place before the event.

This is a reminder that today’s trivia event is postponed due to the extremely hot temperatures we are expected to have this afternoon. We will reschedule for a future date. All teams that have already registered will automatically be registered for the future event.

We were honored to provide some entertainment for Schneck Medical Center’s annual “Physician Appreciation Event”. We offered some cocktail hour and dinner music, a round of trivia, and some more music after the trivia event was over. Whether you want to sing or just want to listen to the talent in our community, Rails will be the place to be tonight.
We had a blast tonight at Brewskies Downtown for some SPORTS TRIVIA. Every team had people dressed up in sports shirts, hats and jerseys. Not only was this a hit, but it was a subject that many of you knew quite well as we had some great scores. After it was all said and done, the “Witty Pandas” walked out as tonight’s champions, only missing one standard question and one of the eight half time questions. Thanks again for joining us and we will try to get back to this establishment again for some fun events.
