After years of planning, the costumes cage finally has new racks. They hang from the ceiling to accommodated the sloped floor. They are also height adjustable if we need to make changes. One of our seniors, Maddie took on this project, with finishing touches by various theatre classes. So happy with how this turned out!

We are currently seeking a music director for the Shaker Heights HS Fall production of 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. We hold auditions at the top of September with performances November 14-16, 2024. We rehearse after school, usually from 3:30-5:30 M-F, but can be flexible with the days. In most cases, we front load the music rehearsals so the kids learn the music before getting into choreo and blocking, but again, I am open to making adjustments to accommodate the right music director. Once the music is taught, the students will have access to RehearseScore for rehearsals, so the music director would need to be available for clean-ups and check-ins, but not blocking or Choreo rehearsals. There is a stipend of $1900 (pre-tax) for the gig. If you would be interested in discussing the project with me, please reach out at [email protected]
