Connect With Flowers Crestview was busy with all the Alice in wonderland Scavenger Hunt participants! We hope everyone had a great time! We sure did!

All Full time designers at Connect With Flowers have become FSMD. Florida State Master Designers. This is something you have to test for. You must show that you know the principles and elements of design. With that being said during this testing you have to do every arranngement that you make at a much higher level and not just an every day design. There is a certain amount of flair that you need to have... Well I know we have that covered. Please stop in and say congratulations to this years newest FSMD's Angel, Dave, and Tusha! Luka was our 1st FSMD since Terre's passing. Luka FSMD was awarded a mentorship that he is so excited about!

We have completed our promise to Terre and are moving forward with more education tips and tricks that you will all see, notice and hopefully give input on!

Thank you FSFA International / Florida State Florist Association for such a wonderful 2023 convention in Jacksonville!

Most of you don't know that before Terre passed away, we promised that all the full-time designers would become Florida State Master Designers, well we went through with our promise to test.... CONGRATULATIONS to Angel Carr, Dave Carr (Terre's Son) and Tusha Ramos Carr for all passing their accreditation testing. You are all FSMD (Florida State Master Designers), Luka as our first FSMD(2022), since Terre also received a coveted mentorship with a leader and trailblazer in the industry Michael Smith AIFD, CFD and Vice President of FSFA International, and business owner. We thank everyone who helped us to attain our goals for this year. April Ridge of Alyce's Floral Design as well as Michael Smith of Artistic Designs Unlimited. LLC.

As you all know we went to give the Terre Carr Memorial Scholarship away this weekend, we found the perfect person to receive it.... John Grayson Henderson of Bloomin Hills Farm and Flowers. This young man is going places. He is going to change this industry in ways I am sure no one is prepared for. We believe that when we had the ability to choose this spectacular young man it was like Terre telling us who she would have given it to. We had goose bumps when he opened his mouth telling us of his dreams and accomplishments to this point.
