MEET THE TEAM! Hidden Brook Acres has grown over the last few years. Time to meet: JEFF! Jeff was born and raised just one mile from Hidden Brook Acres and attended Waldron High School. After high school, Jeff moved to Indianapolis to attend UIndy and graduated with a degree in communications. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked at reputable organizations such as 95.5 WFMS, 500 Festival, 99.5 WZPL, IndyStar, and most recently, he’s self-employed as the CEO at Kuhn Event Management, LLC.

We love when the couple gets to take photos after the ceremony! They are excited and the nerves have definitely settled after saying “I DO!” But what are the guests to do while the couple is away? Here are three ideas Hidden Brook Acres suggests to keep your guests engaged in your day:

Sip & Snap: Enjoy a drink from the bar and head over to a photo booth station! Create a space outside the barn for guests to create exciting memories for your guest book or to take home.

Trivia Time: Create a fun trivia board for each guest at their table. Share different tidbits about the couple to get some fun stories going.

Wander & Wonder: Explore all the décor! It’s been a trend to create different center piece arrangements for each table. Couples have been using childhood photos or engagement photos as number cards.

Make your entrance! Here are three ways to really add some PERSONAL TOUCHES to your ceremony entrance!

1. The barn doors will swing open to reveal the bride to the audience. Create a flower arch outside the doors to add your favorite flowers to the ceremony space.

2. Add decorative signage for your guests to know to be seated and a program that will allow them to be in the loop for the entire day. Add some couple trivia to the back of the program for extra engagement!

3. Choose your entrance song that speaks to YOU! While traditions run strong, it’s important to have the entrance of your dreams. Coordinate with the Hidden Brook Acres team and your DJ for timing for the perfect entrance.
