One of my favorite things to cook is brisket. Was able to turn this one into a smoked Gouda brisket grill cheese. Gotta have that smokey sauce and ABS seasoning. heathrilesbbq seasoning also takes it to another level !

It was a hot one this weekend, but I enjoyed hanging out with friends and family. We managed a 7th place rib call and made it to the stage. Thanks to for the awesome prime ribs and the water. The judges like new apple habanero glaze!
