November was Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.

Earlier this year, my grandma was moved into a care facility two hours away from me and I was struggling with coping while explaining the situation to my sons. Shortly after, I found this children’s book in the sale bin at . I believe in the Universe sending you things when you need it, and I definitely needed this wonderful story of love and memories.

Research shows that dance has many benefits for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other similar diseases.

Dancing produces challenges to the brain, including memory, coordination, attention, and cognition.
It has been shown to stimulate several areas of the brain at once.

My message is this:
Hug your loved ones every chance you get, read this book, and take a dance class. ❤️
