Stepping into Tesha and Fabian’s intimate wedding reception was like entering a dream, where elegance and glamour danced hand in hand with heartfelt intimacy.

After a short journey from their church ceremony, their guests were greeted by a space that exuded sophistication and charm, intentionally curated to enchant and delight. Despite being surrounded by only forty of their closest friends and family, every detail was designed to dazzle and impress.

I designed the room with a symphony of textures and hues, as velvet textures mingled with metallic gold and mirrored elements, creating a luxurious ambiance that spoke of opulence and refinement. From the triangular and round tablescapes to the mix of tall and low floral arrangements that adorned each table, every element was carefully chosen to captivate and inspire. While yellow taper candles intertwined with miniature floral arrangements tied with white bows along with hanging glass orbs with tea light candles created the most infectious romantic ambiance throughout the space.

At the heart of it all stood the sweetheart table, a beacon of romance and elegance amidst the celebration. Surrounded by lush blooms in shades of emerald, white, and gold, Tesha and Fabian were truly the focal point of the evening, their love shining brighter than ever.

Nestled within the serene embrace of their church, Tesha and Fabian’s wedding ceremony was a heartfelt celebration of love and commitment.

The intimate gathering was adorned with the rich hues of their Intimately Elegant theme, as an emerald drapery backdrop created a stunning focal point at the altar. The drapes, tied back with floral accents, framed the couple as they exchanged vows, with lush greenery and a variety of white and yellow roses that added a touch of natural beauty overhead.

As Tesha made her radiant entrance, guided by floral details that adorned the aisle chairs, all eyes were on her as she walked towards her Fabian. With her father by her side, she glowed with joy and anticipation, her beauty illuminated by the love that surrounded her.

Meg and Eric’s wedding was a day filled with sentimental touches. Guests were greeted by a fleet of school buses that transported them from the hotel to the couple’s home. This unique choice held special significance, as Eric, a school band instructor, loved the idea of incorporating these buses as a symbol of his passion for music and education.

The couple’s love for music was evident in every detail. Live musicians infused the air with infectious melodies. From the sweet serenade of strings of acoustic guitarist to the blue grass band.

One of the most touching elements of the day was the couple’s matching bear tattoos, a symbol of the core beginning of their relationship. They even invited guests to apply temporary bear tattoos. Their first date at Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ marked the start of their journey, and in a full-circle moment, the same restaurant catered their wedding reception dinner, serving up mouthwatering barbecue delights.

The evening unfolded, with outdoor games such as co****le and Jenga providing moments of lighthearted fun, while a sweet treat of s’mores by the fire pit added an extra layer of warmth and nostalgia to the festivities.

The cocktail hour was a delightful blend of music and mingling, with the tunes of a live acoustic guitarist filling the air and cozy cigar areas inviting guests to unwind and savor the moment. Meanwhile, dainty centerpieces adorned the tables, featuring an assortment of antique glass bud vases overflowing with pastel-colored wildflowers, adding a touch of whimsy to the ambiance.

When it came time for the celebratory toast, Meg and Eric opted for non-traditional glasses, raising bear-shaped mugs that held a special place in their love story. These unique mementos served as a reminder of their shared adventures.

And let’s not forget about the cutest best man ever – their beloved puppy, Mango, who stole the show with his wagging tail and playful antics.
