Meet B!
Owner & Head Chef
At a young age, B developed an interest in the culinary world. She is grateful to her family for creating an environment that nurtured creativity and taught her that anything is possible no matter where you come from. As a student of Emmett O’Brien Technical High School in Ansonia, Connecticut, Briana specialized in Culinary Arts. A few years after graduating, B took the time to build her skills and name in her Southern Connecticut community. She is passionate about her field and looks for every opportunity to give back. Her passion for Culinary and her experience in the food industry and local business are a perfect combination for starting her dream as a business owner.
