Just wanted to let you know that my locations change and my hours are flexible. Usually, I'm at 7th and Railroad on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 11-1ish. Those same days I will be found at Osen Furniture from 1 to 3, depending on when we run out of food. On Tuesday I'm at Maple Glen, across form the hospital, and on Wednesdays I'm at the PUD building on Johns Prairie, Please check my pos

Good morning food world!

Philly cheesesteaks and cioppino are on the menu for next few days! Philly has peppers, onions, mozzarella blend, au jus and truck fries. 16 dollars includes dipping sauce!

Cioppino has cod, prawns and clams and is mild and can be spicy and is served with cheesy bread for 12 dollars for a bowl

Both are authentic and made with love!

Happy Friday!

Selling my almost famous take and bake stuffed mushrooms from my truck today. Large stuffed mushrooms topped with mixed cheese and bacon. 10 dollars for 6 mushrooms or 15 dollars for 10 mushrooms! Feel free to reserve some other wise, first come first serve!

Also Cubanos and turkey noodle soup today as well!

Hello foodies!

Was asked to bring a chowder for the Martha Reed foundation chowder cook off last Saturday that does an amazing job of raising money for our local families hit by extreme times!

Was excited to win people’s choice first place and got to battle a lot of other great chowders!

My buddy hooked me up with fresh geoduck and then I add cream, bacon, starch and mirepoix, clam base, cream sherry, fresh thyme and a few other ingredients!

I never would have thought that 35 years ago that my culinary career would lead me to so many neat people and wonderful opportunities! Thankful for my circle!

With that being said, closed this week for a trip to Arizona to finish what I started!

Back open next Monday with new soup and sandwich specials!
