Just wanted to let you know that my locations change and my hours are flexible. Usually, I'm at 7th and Railroad on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 11-1ish. Those same days I will be found at Osen Furniture from 1 to 3, depending on when we run out of food. On Tuesday I'm at Maple Glen, across form the hospital, and on Wednesdays I'm at the PUD building on Johns Prairie, Please check my pos

Hello foodies!

Was asked to bring a chowder for the Martha Reed foundation chowder cook off last Saturday that does an amazing job of raising money for our local families hit by extreme times!

Was excited to win people’s choice first place and got to battle a lot of other great chowders!

My buddy hooked me up with fresh geoduck and then I add cream, bacon, starch and mirepoix, clam base, cream sherry, fresh thyme and a few other ingredients!

I never would have thought that 35 years ago that my culinary career would lead me to so many neat people and wonderful opportunities! Thankful for my circle!

With that being said, closed this week for a trip to Arizona to finish what I started!

Back open next Monday with new soup and sandwich specials!

I’m back! Open all week with chicken caprese Sammy with pesto Mayo, julienned salami, fresh mozzarella, balsamic tomato, spring mix and truck fries!

Big announcement!

I have purchased a second home/Vrbo down in Arizona and will be leaving the beginning of October to head south and outfit the new digs! Therefore, will be closed at least the first few weeks of October! I will post pool pictures soon!

Basil will be at home guarding the house, with my roommate!

My surrogate daughter, jazzy will get a little vacay herself! however, if u miss her pretty face or killer personality, you can find her most evenings at Anthony’s home port in oly, serving great food and beverages!
