Cut to the Chase Film Festival's goal is to produce an annual short film festival, to be held in Shepherdstown, WV. There will be five screenings of the 10 finalists at the Shepherdstown Opera House. Three screenings will view on Saturday, July 12th leading up to the Grand Prize Award Ceremony that evening. Rewind Sunday on July, 13th will feature 2 screenings and will conclude the festival with the People’s Choice Award.
