If you're shopping for someone who lives nearby, I've got the perfect gift.

I mean, it's perfect unless they're allergic to flowers. 🥺

Seriously. Over one-third of my subscriptions are sold as gifts.

You can choose the pickup location for them, or let them do it.

I'm willing to work out any kinks for you. Sometimes it takes an extra text or two, but I don't mind!

People tell me that the flower subscription was the best gift they ever got, and I didn't pay them to say that or anything. I think they mean it.

I don't give these beauties much attention because I've struggled to grow them thanks to the rabbit population in my yard.

Ranunculas are so incredibly colorful, though, and so pretty, that I tried growing them again this spring.

I *think* I finally won against the the rabbits and am ready to go full speed ahead next spring.

I've purchased over 500 ranuncs corms so I'll have plenty for my subscribers and to put in my roadside cart.

What's your thoughts on ranunculas? Yay or nay??

Sunday, 10/27--

It's the last day to shop floral pumpkins at the roadside cart!

They are so pretty! I believe there's six or seven out there (sorry, forgot to count). They take no water, and you can't kill them.

I can hardly believe it. I've been busy digging dahlias and rushing to beat the cold while I get the beds ready for spring flowers.

Anyway, if you want one, come on out! Open til dark.

Thursday, 10/24--

If you're wanting a floral pumpkin, you'll want to get over here soon to the roadside cart! Pumpkins are getting low!

There's also decorative gem corn (aka "Indian Corn") that will make your tablescape or wreath complete. It's only $5!

Here's what's out there today. I'll be adding a few more. If you have a particular size/color you want, reach out ASAP because I *might* still be able to make that for you.

These are real pumpkins covered in my dried flowers. You don't water them. In fact, keep them dry and out of direct sunlight.

What can you do with a floral pumpkin?

Well, you can't kill it! It isn't a houseplant. Keep it dry and out of strong sunlight so it can make you feel allll the fall feelings.

It might make you feel like a Gilmore Girl.

It can sit on your counter looking at cutesy.

You can put it on your desk at work so you see it but everyone oohs and aahs over it and asks you to get one for them.

Or, if you're feeling nice, you can gift it to a co-worker. They are sweet on a teachers' desk, at a bank counter, or even on your receptionists counter.

You can stick it in the middle of your table and use it as a conversation piece at dinner. Does your husband like it? Do your teens? This is a very divided topic, by the way. 😬

You can take it to your loved one in the hospital or skilled nursing facility. It takes up little room.

Pledge to never spend money on flowers because they die? You can buy this. The flowers are non- living, and it will last for months.

There's a hundred things you can do with these things.

The floral pumpkins are in the stand, and they'll be out there every day until sold out!

They are zero maintenance. My dried flowers are nestled on top of a real pumpkin.

Put in on your desk. Use it as a Thanksgiving centerpiece. Or give it as a hostess gift.

Prices range from$12-20.

I've got decorative gem corn in the stand, too! Set it right next to your pumpkin or on your table runner and declare fall decorating done!

When you purchase these, you help me afford the flower seeds for next season. And for that, I'm eternally grateful!

Tomorrow, Sunday, 10/6--

This might be your last chance for flowers. I know dahlias will keep churning out blooms, but everything else has earned its time to be done.

The roadside cart opens at 10 and will be open until dark.

There will be wrapped bouquets ($20), floral pumpkins ($12-$20), and ornamental ears of corn ($1-$2 each).

If you love dahlias, basil, marigolds, and zinnias, set a reminder on your phone to make a quick Sunday drive over to my roadside cart. It could be your last chance for locally grown flowers this season. 💔

I'll do my best to keep it well stocked. Sorry if you came by late Friday--I couldn't keep up with all the love you were showing me.
