REWIND-
July 2021: I took a leap of faith and started a business …. yes, a party rental business during the height of covid!! I trusted HIS timing.

September 2023: I was juggling 3 careers. I got laid off from UAMS but was so at peace with it! It was a blessing in disguise allowing me more time to spend on expanding this business. I trusted HIS plan.

January 2025: Thanks to the loyalty of so many faithful repeat clients, along with their good reviews and referrals, Something Borrowed grew to a point where it required my full attention and time. After almost 17 years at the same real estate brokerage, I opted to put my license on inactive status to focus 100% on living out this dream that God has blessed me with.

Thank you to everyone who has, and continues to, put their faith and trust in me. I never dreamed this is where I would be, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing individuals and businesses around central Arkansas. All the praise and glory goes to God.

When I do a bridal fair, I like to bring my color samples and watch what colors the guests (mostly future brides) gravitate towards… which one they pull out, hold up, touch and ask about. This time it was clearly ….. 🥁 🥁 🥁 BURGUNDY. It is gorgeous paired with navy or other jewel tones, or with blush and/or dusty rose. We shall see if this is an accurate prediction of what we see this year. Either way I love it.
