🤩BACK TO BACK BABY🤩

It was windy, it was rainy, and it was a loooooong day. But thanks to the East Bank Mafia and Pork & Fork BBQ, this event was a massive hit regardless.

We had an incredible team that put in a ton of effort, love, care, and hussle. Being on the podium in two meat categories, people’s choice, and 2nd overall out of 17 teams is an immense accompaniment for a team that doesn’t do competition barbecue

Special thanks to all that voted, the people have spoken again!

✅ Yes FEAST 2.0 is still a go for tomorrow at The Seventh Tap! There will be scattered showers ☔️ throughout the day, 🤷🏻‍♂️not a big deal! We will make sure you’re dry in line!

The ⚠️⛈️🌪️ bad weather will not start until around 3:30pm. Last time you all bought the entire inventory of yummies🍽️ by 1:30. PLENTY of time to get fat’n’happy, sn**ch up some to go beers🍻and get home.

Let’s have a moment of silence for the loss of this precious protein. Pray over your equipment and products every night. You never know when it might be your turn. 🥲🫶🏼

Brisket special is not happening today.

Overnight, my hot hold warmer s**t the bed, and left me with product that was under the 140F mark for an unknown amount of time. The meat looked incredible. It hurt my soul to trash it, but that is the proper way to deal with a situation like this. I will never serve my customers product that isn’t safe.

I appreciate you all. I’m gonna go cry in a corner now.

If our brisket was available in 2LB vac sealed portions, available for pickup whenever you want it, would you be interested? There’s so many things you can do with it. Spaghetti, nachos, potatoes, tacos, snacks, etc. Lemme know!
