I am proud of the dish that we offered (Chef Anthony Felan’s creation) in the Louisiana Food Prize competition last evening.
We did not win this time…but were successful in putting forth our best and sharing a well conceived, creative, elevated, unique and above all delicious bite for all to enjoy.
