The Dixie Gin is a unique true vintage historical Southern Industrial wedding venue located in the beautiful Red River bottoms of Dixie, Louisiana (about 10 minutes north of Shreveport)… where you and your guests can step back in time!

Your Ceremony…
That breathtaking moment those huge sliding barnwood chapel doors open for you to walk the long aisle to the altar is unmatched and unforgettable! Our large covered wedding chapel, featuring 20 antique wooden pews and massive iron chandelier, overlooks the farmers’ fields, and surrounds you, your betrothed, and your guests with a peaceful sweetness of nature as you say your vows.

Your Reception…
Our immense Gin Room Reception Hall, with whimsical string lighting, beautiful iron chandeliers, graceful 4 Corners drapery, speakeasy style bar room, eccentrically styled restrooms, quaint concierge room, and convenient catering prep pit and porch, offers everything you need to host an amazingly memorable reception dinner. Once the sun goes down (and oh those breathtaking Dixie sunsets!), you and your guests will enjoy our outdoor dock dancefloor under more dreamy string lighting and our outdoor Cigar Lounge.

Our dressing areas…
Our hidden sweetly chic bride’s shed gives you and your bridal party a comfy little spot to relax and get ready for your ceremony while your betrothed and party hang out (and usually get into some mischief) in our authentically styled seed shed groom’s barn.

Your decor…
Our Essential Decor package is included! Your choice of five different lantern sets, candle sets, greenery, sweetheart table and decor, groom’s table and decor, cake table, cake stands, toasting flutes and cake knife sets, your welcome table and decor, and more… included! We also offer a choice of so many decor and floral add-ons (almost anything your imagination can come up with), and affordable table linen rentals and service.

Set-up and clean up…
Don’t even worry about this part. We gotcha! All our furnishing and set-up of furnishings are included, up to 20 round guest tables, six 8ft guest/catering tables, 180 chairs, 6ft dj table, your choice of sweetheart table chairs, your choice of rustic accent tables, and more!

Coordinating…
We gotcha there, too! (We do things a little differently here…) Planning assistance, crew service (parking direction, cake cutting, table bussing, and hosting), vendor recommendations, and day-of Coordinating is included! Your Dixie Gin crew is a down-to-earth, diverse, and dedicated “family” of wedding professionals, ready to work with you and assist you in preparing for your special day. You show up… we do the rest!

Our 2025 packages and pricing…

Our Saturday packages are $4500.
Our Sundays start at $2000, up to $3500, depending on your guest count. We also offer convenient payment plans.
