Dorothy Penner believed in continuing education and was never one to mince words. "You cannot afford NOT to attend our annual conference. You learn too much. You have to be dead to not learn something." She was a spunky lady with great vision and insight. This scholarship was established in her name so that an wedding planner/vendor/auxiliary member at the "Registered Planner/Vendor" designation level could attend our annual conference that he/she might otherwise not be able to attend.⁠

The winner(s) will receive a scholarship for their conference fee to attend the 2023 ABC Association Annual Conference (end of October/ early November, 2023) and monies to help towards costs for their accommodation and travel expenses.⁠
