Immaculate Turnkey Food truck for sale in Vermont. We were so successful I opened a restaurant!
This beautiful 2000 Freightliner Diesel with 123,000 miles has the perfect, efficient layout. We've brought it to large events with 4 staff, one on grill, one fryer, one register, and one expediting at the salad station. This truck is perfect for a menu with breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, soups, burgers, sausage, gourmet sandwiches, shelf space and storage galore.
The kitchen was built in CA in 2019 and used for 1 season. Due to CA emissions laws it needed to leave CA. I purchased it and had it trucked to VT. ( It's THAT perfect) The truck was in service here summers only 2021 & 2022 after which we developed such a following we opened a brick & mortar. There are just not enough hours in the day to run both. This truck has minimal rust due to most of its life in CA, was not driven in salt here in VT, was properly winterized each year, and has been kept meticulously clean.

The Bliss truck is currently For Sale. It's an amazing truck. It had everything I needed to build an amazing business. There are not enough hours in the day for me to run the truck AND The Eatery in Ludlow nor enough interested staff to staff both. Asking $125,000. Flyer with all her offerings coming soon. This is the BEST truck, solid, very little rust ( I had her trucked from CA), relatively low miles for a Cummins diesel with an Allison transmission, the kitchen is thoughtfully built. I wouldn't change a thing.

The last two weeks have been a whirlwind! Our hearts are full with gratitude for the warm welcome we have received. Ludlow is a very special place.

While we establish our staff and systems, we have decided to open Wednesdays through Saturdays. We'll be busy prepping on Tuesdays. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday. We have some delicious new specials in the works in addition to our full menu.

Tomorrow's lunch has been today's project. Jon just pulled these beautiful pork butts out of the smoker. We'll be dreaming of our pulled pork sandwich with Vermont maple BBQ sauce on top of a crunchy apple cider slaw and toasted brioche bun. On special until it's gone starting Wednesday at 11:00.

So, you want to see the menu? Thank you, thank you for your patience. And thank you to all our customers who stopped by today. We wanted to give our menu items a test ride for a day before putting it out. We have a much easier to read paper version in process..but we have pictures of our black boards, for now..

Our current soups are thick, creamy, Corn Chowder and Vegetarian Chili ( so hearty, you won't miss the meat)

SWEET Treats: Cinnamon Buns, Lemon Squares, Blueberry Muffins, Bunny & Easter Egg sugar cookies, Triple Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal& Reese's PB Cup.

One thing I've learned over the past couple of years is, when you take on big, somewhat scary projects, you meet the most amazing people. Turning a retail space and storage area into a full commercial kitchen and 12 seat cafe was a big undertaking. There are many, many people I'd like to thank. First and foremost , TOP of the list, is our foreman, head builder, king👑 (I'm not sure what the correct technical term is) Rich Butrimas from Wright Construction. Rich's talent, hard work, ability to coordinate a lot of sub contractors in a small area, and way of working through some pretty tough wrinkles made this project what it is today. We're going to miss Rich so much, we wish he could just be part of the business.

That darn groundhog sold us out for six more weeks of winter! And crawling out of this cold snap we are bringing in some hot soup for sale from the crockpot! We have two options available: Bacon Black Bean and Split Pea. In addition to those fresh offerings, Vermont Bliss has stocked us up with a dazzling array of sandwiches for some tasty grab and go options, and we are expecting our usual selection of baked goodies from our friends at Button Hill. The Rutland City Police Department in partnership with Project Vision and Stockton Security would like to invite the community to our next community outreach and recruitment event on October 13th from 5-8pm. We’re hosting a food truck mixer! What is that? We’ve invited everyone’s favorite local food trucks to all be at the same place at the same time. We’ll also have police demos and cruisers for the kiddos. Our recruitment team and community outreach team will both be there. Stop by and grab your favorite food truck food and get to meet the officers that protect YOUR city and learn about becoming a Rutland City Police Officer or let the kiddos get behind the wheel of a police cruiser (minus the bad guys in the back).

So far we have Rollin Rooster, Vermont Bliss, Sustainable Eats, and Goodman's American Pie scheduled to come but we are looking to add more! If you want your favorite food truck/vendor to be there, email [email protected] to have them added.
