If you’ve been around R&R for any length of time, you have probably heard us talk about our beloved, Ms. Sherrill. ❤️ She has been our landlady for (almost) 10 years now and she is not just our neighbor, she is one of the dearest people we’ve ever known.

She is selling her beautiful home in Shrewsbury that was once the original Shrewsbury Hotel. It’s been in her family for over 100 years and she has lived there 89 of those years. It’s a remarkable legacy in our tiny town. She’s truly a local staple in our community and a proud member of the Shrewbury flower show committee, too! Shrewsbury won’t be the same without her.

We are heartbroken that she is moving from Main Street but so grateful to God for the last 10 years with her, right next door. We are going to miss her homemade soup when it’s cold in the barn and treats just because she loves us. 🥰

So if you’re looking for historic property, look no further. This house packs so much character and history. 12 bedrooms for goodness sake. And hey, you can be our new neighbor!

life has been moving pretty fast lately, to say the least. we have been keeping busy, celebrating beautiful couples every weekend and it’s been such a blessing. // we loved creating for Julie & Tyler last weekend. there may have been rain but that didn’t stop them from having literally the *best* time with their favorite people. it was so fun to see all the love surrounding them! ❤️ // photographer:

Happiest of days to Shea! What a joy to work along side of an awesome woman. From serving others in so many ways outside of our small R&R world, to raising some great kiddos, to being a great friend and confidant. You are the best. I still would introduce you as “the nicest human on the planet” if in fact we had anyone new to introduce you to, but since you are like family at this point, we have it covered! to say last night was amazing would be an understatement! our first *wedding dress dance* was seriously SO MUCH FUN! 👏🏼 (clearly we love a good photo booth!) — huge thank you to djhikevin & Teddi Price for bringing the party! the music & vibe were perfect and we are super grateful for you both! 🥰 // thank you to Sparrow Place of York for sharing about your incredible organization with everyone. we are so happy to have raised: $1,125! 🎉 yay! we loved getting to support you with this event; thank you for all the ways you help others! your mission is amazing! — and lastly, thanks to all our guests for trusting us to have some fun! 🩷 we loved spending the evening with you, dancing the night away! our hearts are so full (& our bodies are so sore! 😅) XO- love, Meg & Shea
