We are thrilled to introduce Cheyland as our new Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A! Although she is a recent addition to our Chick-fil-A family, we are already impressed by her expertise, energy, and passion for marketing. ⭐️

Cheyland is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at York College of Pennsylvania, where she has demonstrated leadership as the Vice President of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Club. This role has allowed her to develop strong organizational and strategic skills while collaborating with industry professionals, preparing her for the challenges and opportunities in the marketing world.

Before joining our team, Cheyland gained valuable customer service experience as a server at Bob Evans. There, she developed an exceptional understanding of customer service and how to create positive, lasting impressions—skills that will undoubtedly enhance her work with us as she shapes our marketing strategies.

Additionally, Cheyland has successfully applied her marketing knowledge through her work with Digital Stride as their Marketing Specialist, where she gained hands-on experience in all things digital marketing. Her background gives her a unique perspective on how to connect with audiences online. We are confident she will bring fresh, creative ideas to our team.

Farewell and Best Wishes to Sophia Wetzel! 🌟

Today, we say a heartfelt goodbye to Sophia Wetzel, who has been an incredible part of the Chick-fil-A Shrewsbury family. Her journey with us is truly special and inspiring:

✨ From her early days running around the restaurant with her siblings during Kids Nights while her mom, Kollyne, served as our Marketing Director, Sophia's connection to Chick-fil-A has always been close to her heart.

✨ In August 2017, Sophia joined our team as a Front of House team member, bringing her positive energy and dedication. After pursuing other interests in 2018, she rejoined us at the end of 2021 as we reopened following a remodel.

✨ Not only did Sophia excel as a shift leader, but she also embraced the role of Marketing Director, showcasing her creative talents and helping to serve our community in remarkable ways.

🎤🎶 Outside of work, Sophia’s love for singing, dancing, and bringing joy to others truly reflects her servant's heart and vibrant spirit. Her leadership, integrity, and kindness have made Chick-fil-A Shrewsbury a warm and welcoming place for everyone.
