We offer dunk tanks for rent that are perfect for family reunions or just a good old fashion party.A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to schedule a rental, but in the event of inclement weather cancelling your event, we will credit the amount back to you. Our prices are as follows: $165 for the Sidney area, $185 for Anna, Botkins, Fort Loramie, and Jackson Center, and $200 or more for anywhere outside of Shelby County due to delivery and set up costs. Biggins Small Engine Repair shared these tips and reminders from the National Fire Protection Association.

Some people may use portable generators when there are power outages, but it’s important to remember that they emit carbon monoxide.

What to keep in mind before using a generator:

Use portable generators outdoors in well-ventilated areas.
Never use a generator in an attached garage, even if the door is open.
Place generators in an area where the exhaust fumes are directed away from the home.
Before refueling a generator, turn it off and let it cool down.
Plug appliances directly into the generator or a heavy-duty outdoor-rated extension cord.
Other important tips to keep in mind:

Store generator fuel in a container that is labeled correctly and intended for the purpose.
Keep this container outside of living areas.
Install carbon monoxide alarms in your home.
The cord should be checked for tears, cuts, and three prongs before use.
Utilize a qualified electrician if you want to connect the generator to your house’s wiring

Something to keep in my folks.

Riding lawnmowers, when used for mulching leaves, can inadvertently ignite fires due to the heat generated by the mower's engine. To ensure the safety of your surroundings and prevent any accidents, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1️⃣ Clear the area: Before you start mulching, remove any dry vegetation, branches, or flammable materials from the vicinity. This step helps minimize the risk of sparks igniting a fire.

2️⃣ Choose the right weather: Avoid mulching leaves on windy or excessively dry days since these conditions can increase the likelihood of fires spreading. Opt for calmer days when the moisture levels are higher.

3️⃣ Stay vigilant: As you mulch leaves, periodically check the area behind you for any signs of smoke or sparks. If you notice anything unusual, immediately turn off the lawnmower and address the issue.

Well the new location is coming along great.
This pass week we had Quick Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning come in and cleaned and waxed the floors.
It looks great in there. You want it cleaned and done right give her a call. Tell her Scott sent you to her.
We are now gonna start on the outside landscaping and getting our signs put up.
Remember we sell boxes and install Uhaul hitches.
We are your Authorized Uhaul and UBox for whatever you need.
We are shooting for an open house sometime in August.
Keep check back, pictures to come of the front area where you go in to get a Uhaul or ask for help.

It's getting that time of year again. Dunk Tank season is coming.
Get your reservation in now.
They book.fast.
This year when you book it there will be a $50.00 deposit
The deposit will be non - refundable. If your event is a go and we show up to set it up, with the deposit you will only have to pay $125.00.
Total for the dunk tanks are $175.00
Anything outside of Shelby County is $200.00 anything over 20 miles $250.00
Last year we booked 5 events for people and or businesses and they canceled and it was to late to get that spot filled.
This is why we had to do the deposits. No Exceptions!!!
We are only donating to 4 events this year. 2 events are filled already. 2 left for a non profit organization only.

I'm selling out my business because my dad became very ill and it's gonna be a while before he us 100%. Im not gonna be able to have the time to care for him and do the repair end of the business. Im selling used rental equipment if anyone is interested.

I'm looking at moving to another building to just do Uhaul rentals and sales.

Biggins Small Engine Repair is no longer going to be servicing or working on lawn mowers.
We have a bunk of parts if anyone is interested in buying, from new belts to air filters, oil filters, oil and some used parts.
Would like to find someone who would be interested in buying out all of the parts.
We have some engines on mowers I know is good.
I have some rental equipment for sake along with an oil burner with about 25 barrels of oil and 2 big totes.

The reason I'm selling is because I half to take care of my dad. He became very ill in a matter of 2 weeks.

We have decided to purchase a real live photo booth.
It looks something like the bottom photo but build better.
We will be renting out the booth for weddings, graduation party, birthday day parties,
Over the hill parties, Christmas parties etc.
We will be setting up prices for the rentals on the booth.
We have lots of nice props for any occasions.
We will have different backdrops for the booth as well and will be adding more.
