Today Bex and I decided to make our HEALTHY version of Pumpkin Bread with a Cream Cheese icing.
That’s right, I said healthy version! This recipe uses almond flour instead of bleached flour, maple syrup in place of sugar. A few simple swap out to make a yummy treat even better for your body! Each slice only has 6 net carbs and only 196 calories!
We had a great time baking away on this rainy day. Quality time teaching, training, and our favorite part, TASTING! YUMMMMM…..
