4 sticks of butter 🧈, 2 gallons of milk 🥛, 6lbs of assorted cheeses and loads of other ingredients = 35lbs of cheese sauce for tonight’s catering job. Also- 23lbs of Pulled Pork, 13lbs of Sliced Brisket, 5lbs Pulled Chicken, Green beans and Coleslaw!! 😅

Morning Signal Mtn, Dunlap and Chattanooga 👋 ☕️ ☀️. I’ve got the smoker loaded and rocking.

Here’s what’s unclaimed:
- 2x whole Boston butts
- Pulled pork by the lb.
- Brisket by the lb.
- 2x whole chickens 🐓
- 4-5 individual salmon filets
- Burnt ends 👀?

BBQ will be ready around 4pm 🕓today and ready for pick up or I’ll be delivering free on Signal tomorrow am between 9/10am.
