The Setting Sun at A Piece Of Heaven Event Center.

There are a lot of Venues, outdoor spaces, indoor elegance, and fancy places. We don’t want to be like any of them.

Here nature’s natural beauty and our dedication to build spaces that complement that image is priority one.

The Serenity Deck that overlooks the Lake below is merged around trees instead of cutting them down, literally a Dogwood in our deck. It’s railings made from irregular cedar branches, attaching to Cedar posts that form a gazebo with the forest canopy as its ceiling. A space designed for you on your special day, where your beauty and nature merge into one.

We are located in the heart of NC 50 minutes from Raleigh, 40 Minutes from Greensboro, 30 Minutes from Burlington,Asheboro

Come see us, tour the 200 year old home, enjoy the escape from town imagine yourself surrounded by those that you love, and The Setting Sun.

Garden venue con nuevo piso de madera de pino. Cuenta con ventanales transparentes para poder disfrutar de la vista a los jardines y la naturaleza, pero pueden abrirse completamente segun el gusto del anfitrión de cada evento.
Cuenta con ventiladores en forma de hojas, candelabros, antorchas, chimenea para ayudar a mantener el salon a temperatura agradable en invierto y aún faltan muchas sorpresas☺️.
En los paquetes incluimos: Mesas, Sillas, 2 noches de estadía en la cabaña, etc.

Some of you may know

our Event Center doubles as a 5 Star ⭐️ Airbnb, and the Fishing is spectacular

Our guests and family and friends here at our Airbnb have enjoyed the fishing. The Lake is the third reservoir for Siler City and The Rocky River.

This is an almost private place with a 200 year old home, a mile from the nearest road, 100 yds from the lake, with a boat and trolling motor.

Erin and Scott tied
The Knot.

On a Hot June Day, Erin and Scott and 50 guests enjoyed the shade, slow breezes, Lake Views, Country and Private Setting, for a beautiful ceremony.

Our Garden Venue has windows/ doors that open to let the breeze flow, and 8 fans to keep away the heat.

If you are in a hurry to get hitched, we have some open dates in 2024.

Which do you think is the best looking centerpiece?

I have a couple of favorites.

The combination of a round wood coaster, and live flowers is hard to beat.

In the future these round wood center pieces will be available for use on your tables.

From the start of a mile long drive, to the entrance to the home, towering Pines, Majestic Oaks, Brilliant Red Maples , Southern Charm Magnolias, Eastern Red Cedar’s that echoes in the walls, structures, and landscape, and Dogwoods.

Time built this place, for you.
